Terms and Conditions

* Flying By and Arte Films provides the contest winner (2) adults a 2-nights, 3-days accommodations at The Bellagio Hotel, valid as detailed herein. Valid for (2) adults (based on availability) for travel January 15, 2010 through June 30, 2010 (subject to blackout dates for holidays including President's Week and Easter Week). A trade certificate awarded to the winner will contain all details and procedures for redemption. Winner must have original certificate at time when checking into the hotel.
* Flying By and Arte Films provides (1) One Brand new Gibson Guitar to the second winner.
* The Bellagio Prize include airfare transportation.
* All persons who register with the Flying By and Arte Films promotion are valid when submitted as entries from July 31st.
December 31st, 2009. All entries will be placed in a random drawing on January 5th, 2010 and a winner selected. The winner will be notified via e-mail the same day.
* No purchase necessary to enter. One entry per person please.
* No travel will be permitted during blackout dates. If a requested travel date is sold out, winner will be asked to choose alternative travel dates.
* Once a reservation has been confirmed, no changes are permitted.
* You must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Winner will be asked for proof of identity and age.
* The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted and is not redeemable for cash, and is void where prohibited by law. Value of the prize with regard to taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.
* By virtue of entering this contest, the winner agrees to hold forever harmless of any liability whatsoever, Flying By and Arte Films, the Bellagio Hotel, Gibson Guitars and any other sponsors of this promotion, including their employees, affiliates, parent companies, agencies, and subsidiaries, for damages that may occur by the acceptance and/or use of this prize.
* Odds of winning depend upon number of eligible entries received.
* Participants must be residents of The United States, Canada or Mexico.
* Employees of Flying By and Arte Films, the Bellagio Hotel or Gibson Guitars, their spouses and families are not eligible to win.
* Winner agrees to allow the participating sponsors the opportunity to use their names and/or photographs and captions/names for photographs for publicity for any and all promotional purposes in present and future.
